Our Rentals The renting of private residential or summer homes Duckworth's oceanfront property specialists have vetted the many vacation rentals on this site. Most have the added benefit of spectacular ocean views and/or access to waterfront recreational facilities for kayaking, sailing, swimming, surfing, or other outdoor activities. Some have beach frontage. All of these properties are fully equipped, fully furnished homes that the property owners have kindly consented to rent periodically to caring vacationers. These homes are beautifully furnished, and with many of the older properties, carefully restored, designed and landscaped to the owner's specifications. Each rental comes fully equipped with linens. Visitors to our website are encouraged to join our visitors' database. You are encouraged to call or e-mail directly to the owner of each property with questions related to specific properties. A 50% deposit is normally required upon booking any vacation rental, with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Smoking is not permitted in any of the rental properties. Bedding and kitchen utensils are provided with each unit. Pets are permitted in some of the properties with the owner's permission. Please see individual listings in that regard.
